- What did you like best about the training?
- The mediation training for Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediation was an incredibly enriching experience. What I appreciated the most were the mock mediation sessions and role-play exercises, which provided a hands-on opportunity to apply the techniques and strategies we learned. These simulations were highly engaging and gave me valuable insights into handling real-world mediation scenarios. I also enjoyed discussing real-life problems during the training, as it made the content practical and relatable, helping me understand how to approach complex issues effectively. The interactive nature of the training truly enhanced my learning experience and deepened my understanding of mediation principles.
- What did you like least about the training?
- I truly enjoyed the training and found it to be an excellent learning experience with nothing significant to complain about. If I had to mention one aspect, it would be that the schedule was quite intensive, making it a bit hectic and demanding at times. However, the depth and quality of the training made the commitment worthwhile, and I appreciate the effort that went into creating such a comprehensive program.
- What additional comments do you have about the training?
- The training was exceptionally well-organized and highly effective in providing practical skills and theoretical knowledge. The use of real-life scenarios and role-play exercises made the concepts come alive and offered valuable insights into the mediation process. The trainers Matthew L. Cersine, and Arve Wikstrom were knowledgeable, approachable, and created an engaging learning environment. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on ethical considerations and practical strategies for conflict resolution. This training has significantly enhanced my understanding and confidence in mediation. I am already planning to further enhance my skills by pursuing County and Family Mediation training under the esteemed instructors. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to deepen their expertise in mediation. The session with Hon. Frank Kaney, (Ret.) was particularly interactive, and his life journey with mediation was incredibly promising and inspiring.
